1. About Home Sphere SA

Home Sphere SA is an online furniture retailer operating in South Africa. We partner with local businesses and suppliers to offer furniture and home products to customers nationwide.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Home Sphere SA reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposit Requirements

  • A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before an order can be processed and scheduled for delivery.
  • The deposit confirms the customer's commitment to the purchase.
  • Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available only in selected areas at the discretion of Home Sphere SA.
  • Customers must confirm COD availability before placing an order.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery.

Other Payment Methods

  • Home Sphere SA may offer additional payment methods from time to time.
  • Full payment must be received before ownership of goods transfers to the customer.

6. Delivery

  • A delivery fee applies to all deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.

7. Inspection of Goods

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage or defects must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Claims reported after delivery may require additional verification.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to applicable South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  • Products may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
  • Approved refunds may take several business days to process.

9. Product Information

  • While every effort is made to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, actual products may vary slightly in colour, size, or appearance.
  • Home Sphere SA is not liable for minor variations that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Home Sphere SA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of its products.
  • Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the relevant product.

11. Privacy

  • Customer information will be used solely for processing orders, deliveries, customer support, and related business purposes.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

Home Sphere SA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available to customers upon request.
